Ingredients
Chilled Collins glass
25ml lemon juice
15ml grenadine syrup
¼ fresh pomegranate
150ml ginger ale
Lemon twist and maraschino cherry to garnish
MethodÂ
- Add the syrup, lemon juice and pomegranate into a shaker and shake for 15 seconds
- Fill the glass with ice and ginger ale
- Single strain the contents of the shaker over the ginger ale base and mix lightly
- Garnish and serve
