Chilled Collins glass
25ml lemon juice
15ml grenadine syrup
¼ fresh pomegranate
150ml ginger ale
Lemon twist and maraschino cherry to garnish


  1. Add the syrup, lemon juice and pomegranate into a shaker and shake for 15 seconds
  2. Fill the glass with ice and ginger ale
  3. Single strain the contents of the shaker over the ginger ale base and mix lightly
  4. Garnish and serve
