Sea Bass


  • 2 Sea Bass Fillets
  • 2 tomatoes
  • 2 baby courgettes
  • 2 celery sticks
  • 1 Onion
  • 1 Lemon
  • Thyme
  • 100ml olive oil
  • 3 tbsp lemon juice


  1. Place sea bass fillets in baking tray, season with salt and pepper
  2. Slice tomatoes, celery, baby courgettes, onion and lemon
  3. Place in baking tray on top of Sea Bass
  4. Mix olive oil, thyme and lemon juice
  5. Spread olive oil mix over chopped vegetables
  6. Cook in oven for 20 minutes at 200 Celsius
  7. Served with buttered new potatoes or chunky chips
