Ingredients
Chilled Champagne flute
25ml London dry gin
15ml lemon juice
Dash of simple syrup (to taste)
Topped up with Champagne
Lemon twist to garnish
Method
- Measure out the gin, juice and syrup into a shaker and “dry shake”
- Strain the contents of the shaker into the flute
- Top up with ice cold Champagne
- Garnish and serve
