Ingredients

Chilled Champagne flute
25ml London dry gin
15ml lemon juice
Dash of simple syrup (to taste)
Topped up with Champagne
Lemon twist to garnish

Method 

  1. Measure out the gin, juice and syrup into a shaker and “dry shake”
  2. Strain the contents of the shaker into the flute
  3. Top up with ice cold Champagne
  4. Garnish and serve
