Product launches
With 6 acres of grounds at Taplow House Hotel it is an ideal place for product launches of any type from car launches to marquees and outdoor activities.
We can also offer a wide range of services including team building and indoor and outdoor events to satisfy our clients’ needs. Using a well established and leading event organising company in the country we can provide events that are well presented, professionally run and offer great value for money.
Meeting Rooms
All of our 7 meeting rooms are located in a quiet area on the ground lower ground floors of the hotel, creating the ideal environment for your meetings, conferences and exhibitions. All of our meeting rooms have modern facilities; air conditioning, direct dial telephones, modem points and mineral water. We can accommodate any purpose of meeting for between 4 and 100 people.
Tulip Tree
Located on the ground floor of the hotel, overlooking the peaceful splendour of the gardens it has 3 large bay windows with the wonderful option to use the private terrace areas leading down to the lawns. Carefully restored to the same period with high ceilings and elegant décor, this room is ideal for board meetings and exhibitions / presentations. Maximum 100 Theatre style and 42 Boardroom style.
Wireless broadband is available throughout the hotel.
Grenfell Suite
Located on the ground floor overlooking the peaceful gardens and beautiful trees. With 3 large windows, natural light is plentiful. Well presented with high ceilings and elegant décor. This room is ideal for all types of meeting. Maximum 80 Theatre style and 24 Boardroom style.
The Redwood
Situated on the lower ground floor with direct access on to the lawns. With original features dating back to 1598 providing excellent comfort with modern style furnishings. Ideal on its own or as a syndicate. Interconnects with the Hamilton Room. Maximum 14 Boardroom style.
Hamilton
Located on the lower ground floor, this room was originally the wine cellar for past residents. The Hamilton now has a distinct Japanese feel with 21st century features. The wooden flooring and staging around the outer edges the soft furnishings add an interesting twist to the theme. The room is all brickwork and boasts an illuminated screen with excellent lighting. Ideal on its own or as a syndicate. Interconnects with Redwood. Maximum 14 Boardroom style.
Cedar
Located on the lower ground floor a feature room ideal for syndicate work. Natural daylight is offered through a glass doorway providing direct access to the gardens. Maximum 12 Boardroom style.
Elizabeth
Located on the lower ground floor. Comfortable sofas and easy chairs adorn the room and making the Elizabeth ideal for a breakout area. Maximum 14 Boardroom style.
