Chef de Partie

Taplow House Hotel is looking for a Junior Sous Chef & Chef de Partie . Reporting into the Head Chef you will be responsible for the smooth running of the food areas, driving service standards and  service levels and cost control.

The right candidate needs to have at least 2-3 years experience in the Hospitality Industry. They would need to demonstrate excellent organisational skills with attention to detail, have a passion for great food and great service and the ability to communicate at all levels.

Food & Beverage Supervisor

A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Food & Berverage Supervisor to join our team here at the hotel. Reporting directly to the Food & Beverage Manager, the primary focus of the role will be to deliver total guest satisfaction to each and every event within the hotel – pre, during and post event.

This is an operational role so you will need to lead the event from the front, ensuring that you and your team deliver a truly engaging and personalised event for our guests.You will need to have a great eye for detail, be organised and articulate, be a fantastic communicator and ultimately have a passion for delivering exceptional hospitality.
